Our relaxed pub is the perfect environment for long lunches, sumptuous suppers and extends onto the sun-filled terrace throughout the warmer months. Chef Philip Verden and his talented team are committed to cooking the abundance of seasonal produce surrounding The Lord Poulett. Meat and game from local farms, fish landed daily on the south coast and fresh leaves picked just a few steps away in the Lord Poulett Kitchen Garden. The bar is also kept well-stocked with delicious snacks that are available throughout the day.
The Lord Poulett Arms is the perfect place to enjoy Sunday Lunch. Take a long walk through the Somerset countryside and then join us from twelve til four for our traditional lunch. Chef Phil and the team have carefully curated a menu full of pub classics think succulent, locally reared ribs of beef, inventive plant-based dishes and proper puds. From six until nine guests will be able to enjoy our usual supper menu.
